The mountain kindergarten teacher is both good at teaching and charming.
(Baonghean.vn) - Energetic, enthusiastic in every movement, always wholeheartedly caring for the young generation of the locality... that is what the staff, teachers and parents of Sao Mai Kindergarten (Quy Hop town) said about teacher Cu Thi Mai Huong, one of the 10 teachers with the most excellent results at the recently held Provincial Excellent Teacher Competition.

Luckier than her peers, graduating from the Faculty of Preschool Education - Nghe An College of Education in 2008, young teacher Cu Thi Mai Huong returned to her hometown to work at Sao Mai Kindergarten. 10 years of work is also the time when teacher Huong has been attached to the career of taking care of children in mountainous areas. This is truly a difficult job that only love for the profession and children can sustain.
Overcoming the obstacles of the mountainous area, with limited economic life, for many years, Mai Huong has been trusted by the school and selected to participate in district and industry competitions. In particular, in 2017, she excelled over 60 other teachers to be the only representative of Quy Hop district to participate in the provincial Talented and Charming Teacher Contest and she won second prize in this contest.

Teacher Mai Huong confided that the award is a great encouragement for her personally and for those who are involved in the work of educating and caring for children. She also shared that to be loved by children, teachers must first of all be like their mothers, have a passion for the profession and devote all their time to the work they have chosen. "I am very grateful for the sympathy of my family, the help of my colleagues as well as the attention of the Department of Education and Training of Quy Hop district over the past time. This is the motivation for me to devote my life to the profession of teaching children" - Ms. Huong said.

According to the records of the Education Department of Quy Hop district and the school where she worked, from 2011 to 2017, Ms. Mai Huong used a lot of pedagogical knowledge and experience in childcare to summarize 6 district-level level 3 experience initiatives applied to child education. Also from 2011 to 2018, teacher Cu Thi Mai Huong was continuously recognized as an excellent teacher at the district level and achieved the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level. She is also the owner of many Certificates of Merit and Merit at the district and provincial levels.
