Mr. Dang Cao Thang, Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of the province, analyzed and commented: Regarding the labor export market, the general trend and tendency is still strongly focused on traditional markets, especially South Korea. The number of people participating in overseas work in 2011 was 8,000, and this year it will be around 13,000.
Continuing to implement Resolution 11 on key solutions focusing on curbing inflation, stabilizing the macroeconomy, and ensuring social security will create favorable conditions for businesses with strong foundations and resources to develop steadily and thrive.

Accordingly, although the demand for labor is high this year, companies are setting quite high recruitment requirements. Some jobs that previously did not have such high requirements are now more stringent, with employees having to go through interview rounds to demonstrate communication skills, customer persuasion skills, and professionalism in the workplace...
However, due to higher incomes, businesses are still able to attract workers. According to surveys, income for seasonal workers this year has increased by 15% to 30% compared to last year. Regarding demand from industrial zones in the south...
Surveys conducted at several centers, job placement companies, and labor export promotion agencies in the province show that: After the market...
For example, this year Spain has received orders for 2,000 Vietnamese workers.
However, the general trend shows that the demand for unskilled labor from businesses remains quite high, accounting for a significant proportion of the skill levels required by businesses for recruitment.
By the end of December 2011, Nghe An province had established 2,000 new businesses, bringing the total number of businesses in the area to over 11,000; in addition, certificates of registration were issued to 75 branches and representative offices.
In the early days of the new year, the number of newly established companies and businesses is constantly increasing. At the Nghe An Provincial Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, many individuals have sought advice on establishing companies and businesses. Mr. Hoang Xuan Duc and his colleagues, who are currently completing the procedures for establishing Hoang Nguyen Trading and Service Joint Stock Company, said: "The company focuses on the cleaning service industry for houses and other buildings, with a particular emphasis on industrial cleaning. The establishment of the company has been carefully planned based on market analysis in Nghe An province, and we have also attracted skilled experts and technicians. We expect to recruit approximately 60-70 general laborers after establishment. For general laborers, especially students, this is a good and suitable opportunity. The company requires employees to have a high sense of responsibility."
According to many experts, the current labor market is trending towards a decrease in quantity and an increase in quality. This February, many businesses in and outside the province may consider restructuring their personnel.
Currently, businesses need a workforce directly involved in production, so labor shortages and continuous recruitment may occur, but not as massively as in previous years. Instead, there will be a tendency towards selective hiring to optimize production.
Labor migration is likely to occur in February, the following months of the first quarter, and mid-second quarter of 2012... The labor market situation in our province and many other provinces and cities in recent years shows a constant surplus and shortage of both unskilled and highly skilled labor. The important thing is that, in addition to the effective management and development of human resources by state management agencies, there needs to be coordinated participation from businesses, training institutions, and society. In particular, workers need to clearly understand the human resource requirements of the market to make the right choices and investments, avoiding a costly and missed-opportunistic race.
