A hair accessories business in Vinh City was fined 90 million VND for goods of unknown origin.
Trading in goods of unknown origin and source in cases where the violating goods are cosmetics with a value of 100 million VND or more, the HO hair accessory business household will be fined 90 million VND.
On September 20, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Le Hong Vinh, signed a Decision to impose an administrative penalty on the hair accessories business household HO, located at 57 Le Loi Street, Vinh City. The legal representative of the business household is Ms. BTNQ (born in 1994).
The decision to impose a fine clearly stated that the hair accessories business household HO traded goods of unknown origin and source in the case of violating goods being cosmetics with a value of 100 million VND or more (trading 8,212 bottles of Royal brand shampoo (600ml herbal shampoo) and 1,503 bottles of Royal brand conditioner (600ml herbal shampoo) without invoices or documents proving legal origin and source, valued at 340,025,000 VND).
Accordingly, the HO hair accessories business was fined 90 million VND. The remedial measure is to force the destruction of administrative violation evidence, which is goods of unknown origin (currently being held by the Economic Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police).
