On January 17, the People's Committee of Thanh Tung commune (Thanh Chuong) coordinated with the sponsor to organize the inauguration and handover ceremony of Trai Ri bridge.
This is a bridge project invested by a company in Hanoi as part of a program to support people in the Central region to overcome the consequences of floods.

The bridge is 30m long, 1.8m wide, with a total cost of about 400 million VND.mobilizefrom donations from the unit's staff and workers. The bridge, built and put into use, will help nearly 2,000 people in Trai Ri, 4, 5 hamlets of Thanh Tung commune and hamlet 11, Thanh Ha commune (Thanh Chuong) convenient for travel in production and life. Previously, to travel through Hoi Ri, people here had to cross a temporary, narrow and unsafe wooden bridge, which was often completely cut off during the rainy season.
Also on January 17, at Que village, Binh Chuan commune (Con Cuong), this unit also organized the inauguration of a community bridge with a total investment of nearly 1 billion VND. The bridge is designed with a scale of 3 spans, 29m long, 1.8m wide, with precast reinforced concrete bridge girders.

Ban Que, Binh Chuan commune currently has 36 households with 134 people of Thai ethnic group. The village is 10 km from the commune center and surrounded by streams. Previously, there was no bridge, people here had to wade across streams to travel. Especially during the rainy and stormy season, the water level in the streams rises, causing separation, making people isolated and unable to travel.
