Con Cuong: Gang of murderers apprehended quickly during the night.

(Baonghean.vn) - At approximately 0:20 AM on April 5, 2014, Vi Van Sang (born in 1998), Ngan Van Khoi (born in 1992), Luong Van Binh (born in 1999), and Vi Van Thuan (born in 1986), all residing in Na Duoi village, Mau Duc commune, Con Cuong district, were traveling on a motorbike from Con Cuong town towards the long slope of Mau Duc commune, Con Cuong district, when they were chased and attacked by a group of young men on two motorbikes coming from the opposite direction. The attackers used wooden sticks, bamboo, and belts to block and beat them.

Due to serious injuries, Sang collapsed on the spot, while Binh, Thuan, and Khoi were beaten but managed to escape.

From left to right, the suspects are: Tran Van Cuong, Nguyen Ky Anh, Nguyen Dong Anh, and Le Thanh Manh.

Following the incident, the Con Cuong District Police Investigation Department promptly arrived at the scene to investigate. Through verification and evidence gathering, by 6:30 AM the same day, the investigation team and detectives had identified the following individuals involved: Nguyen Ky Anh (born 1992), Nguyen Dong Anh (born 1993), Tran Van Cuong (born 1995), and Le Thanh Manh (born 1994), all residing in Thanh Nam village, Bong Khe commune, Con Cuong district. At the police station, the suspects confessed to their crimes. As a result, the three men, Binh, Thuan, and Sang, had to be hospitalized. Due to a fractured skull, Sang died at the hospital.
