In this second phase, Con Cuong district will carry out propaganda and remind households that have signed a commitment within the first 10 days. After 10 days, for households that do not voluntarily dismantle, the interdisciplinary team will strictly handle by coercion the houses and kiosks within the clearance area, and recover the encroaching works, billboards, and materials.

In the town alone, there were 130 violations. Thanks to good propaganda work, households voluntarily demolished without being forced, but after a while, they re-encroached. Therefore, this time in the town, there were 27 households that were forced to be forced, handled for violations and cleared...
