Thugs forced a motorbike off the road and slashed a man seriously in broad daylight.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 23, the Nghi Loc District Police Investigation Agency announced that the unit had investigated and clarified the case of 3 subjects using knives and swords to seriously injure people in Tan Nghia hamlet, Nghi Xuan commune on the afternoon of December 21.

The investigation agency said: At about 4:00 p.m. on December 21, Mr. Pham Dinh Trung Anh (born in 1998), residing in Tan Nghia hamlet, Nghi Xuan commune (Nghi Loc), was riding a motorbike on Provincial Road 535, passing through Tan Nghia hamlet, Nghi Xuan commune, when he was forced to fall on the side of the road by a taxi.

Three masked men got out of the car, holding knives and swords, and chased after Trung Anh, slashing him many times on the head, back, arms and legs, seriously injuring him. People took him to Military Hospital 4 for emergency treatment. After slashing him, the men got into a taxi and fled.

Upon receiving the news, the Nghi Loc District Police leaders assigned the Criminal - Economic - Drug Crime Investigation Police Team to focus on the investigation.

By 6 p.m. on December 22, Nghi Loc District Police had investigated and clarified the three subjects who directly used knives and swords to seriously injure Trung Anh, including: Nguyen Tu Phuoc (born 2000), residing in Hamlet 5, Nghi Phong Commune, Nghi Loc; Khong Minh Tuan (born 1995), residing in Hamlet 13, Nghi An Commune, Vinh City and Le Van Anh (born 1996), residing in Thai Hoa Hamlet, Nghi Thai Commune, Nghi Loc.

Currently, Mr. Pham Dinh Trung Anh is being treated at the Trauma Department, Military Hospital 4. Doctors determined that he has a torn muscle in his left arm and a chipped skull.

All three suspects Phuoc, Tuan, and Anh are currently being detained by Nghi Loc District Police. The case is under further investigation to clarify the cause./.
