On March 4, the Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office (Georgia, USA) announced the cause of death of Bobbi Kristina Brown according to the decision of the court in Atlanta. Accordingly, the daughter of famous singer Whitney Houston died of drowning and drug poisoning. In addition, Bobbi Brown had multiple injuries (bruises and scars) around her body and showed signs of malnutrition when she weighed only 43 kg.

According to the report, the medical examiner found marijuana, alcohol, cocaine-like substances, tranquilizers, anti-stress drugs and morphine in Bobbi Kristina Brown's system. Doctors in Atlanta confirmed that toxicology tests could not help determine whether the morphine in her system was the result of heroin use.
The results of the autopsy were released on what would have been the 23rd birthday of Whitney Houston's daughter. Officials said they relied on medical records, investigative papers and other documents to reach a final conclusion on the cause of Bobbi Brown's death.
