This subject is addicted.druglong-term, no stable job but showing signs of economic ambiguity. This subject's method is to take advantage of the times going to the fields to directly go to Laos to buy and transport drugs. Then, he hides the drugs in deep crevices of the house beams or bushes near the house (marked with a special symbol). When there are customers, he takes out the "goods" to sell.
To avoid being detected by the authorities, before each transaction, Chay closely checked the customers, and only agreed to sell drugs when he was assured of their safety. In particular, this subject also stored "hot" weapons including guns and many types of knives and swords, ready to fight back fiercely if discovered.
At around 2:00 p.m. on January 14, taking advantage of the time when Va Pa Chay was dealing with a customer and did not have a gun, the Special Task Force (Ky Son District Police) coordinated with the Muong Long Commune Police to surround and arrest him. Although Va Pa Chay fiercely resisted, the police quickly subdued and knocked him down.
At the scene, the police seized 1,000 synthetic drug pills, 1 sharp knife, 1 homemade gun, 1 motorbike and a number of other related exhibits.
At the police station, the suspect Va Pa Chay initially confessed to his crime.
Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District Police is completing the case file to prosecute the case and prosecute Va Pa Chay for illegal drug trafficking.
