“But it has to be said again because sometimes when authority is delegated, it is not certain that the person who is delegated the authority will dare to make decisions. So the problem here is that the person who is delegated the authority must be decisive. Because decision goes hand in hand with responsibility. Delegation is given, but the problem is whether or not they can do it,” Mr. Canh emphasized.

Regarding the issue of building a wastewater treatment plant, according to delegate Canh, the government sometimes hesitates. How to choose an investor who is truly dedicated to the city is not simple.

Regarding the construction of a "4-safe city", Mr. Canh said that it is necessary to manage temporary residence and temporary absence. Without management, it is not known who comes and who goes. Mr. Canh said that with this goal, we just need to choose that to do well.

"I think the murder of the Chinese person was also due to poor management of temporary residence, people come and go without knowing," Mr. Canh stated his opinion.

The issue of reclaiming suspended coastal projects, according to delegate Canh, is also a difficult one. “When we are in difficulty, we call for and create conditions for investors to come in. Now that we are in economic crisis and difficulty, we are kicking people out. We cannot live like that,” delegate Canh said.

The Secretary of the Da Nang City Youth Union said that he is most concerned about the issue of investment promotion. “Why is the competitiveness index always at the top every year recently, but investment attraction is worse? We want a lot but invest very little,” Mr. Canh asked.

According to Mr. Canh, investment promotion must include investment in people.

“Investment promotion is not simple, it is not just a friendly meal that people come to invest. In the future, with the enthusiasm of the leaders, I believe that Da Nang will attract many large corporations,” said Mr. Canh.
