(Baonghean.vn) -In the atmosphere of celebrating the Party and the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2014, on January 24th, a delegation of police officers from Nghe An province, led by Major General Nguyen Xuan Lam - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Provincial Police, visited and offered flowers and incense to President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien historical site, the Memorial House of the late Minister of Public Security Tran Quoc Hoan, and the Memorial House of General Secretary Le Hong Phong.

In 2013, in response to the emulation movement "For national security" and in conjunction with the implementation of "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh - the People's Police sacrificing themselves for the nation and serving the people," the Nghe An Provincial Police concretized this with the action slogan "Unity, discipline, responsibility, efficiency, and outstanding performance in all situations." Through this, officers and soldiers united, strived, trained, and excelled in their assigned tasks, maintaining political stability and effectively serving the socio-economic development of the locality. In 2014, all officers and soldiers of the Nghe An Provincial Police Department pledged to strive to successfully implement the 2014 police work program and objectives, actively contributing to the overall achievements of the People's Police Force, and proving themselves worthy as a reliable armed force of the Party and the State.

Next, the delegation visited and offered incense at the Memorial House of the late Minister Tran Quoc Hoan in Nam Trung commune, Nam Dan district, and the Memorial House of General Secretary Le Hong Phong in Hung Thong commune, Hung Nguyen district. At the Memorial House of General Secretary Le Hong Phong, Major General Nguyen Xuan Lam signed the commemorative guest book.
