On the morning of November 15, Nghe An Provincial Police organized a launching ceremony to attack and suppress crimes, conduct armed patrols, ensure security and order, prevent and combat crimes, violations of the law on fireworks, and recover weapons and explosives before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2023.
