Prosecution of 2 commune officials in Anh Son related to payment of production support money after flood and storm
(Baonghean.vn) - Two officials of Khai Son commune, Anh Son district (Nghe An) have just been prosecuted and investigated for violations related to the payment of support money to restore production after floods and storms.
On October 18, 2021, under the direction of the Nghe An Police Department, the Investigation Police Department of Anh Son District Police issued a decision to prosecute the case of "Lack of responsibility causing serious consequences and Abusing position and power while performing official duties", which occurred in Khai Son commune, Anh Son district, Nghe An province".
Previously, through information provided by the people and by professional measures, the police force discovered signs of violations in the payment and support for damage caused by natural disasters in Khai Son commune, Anh Son district. The provincial police leadership directed the Anh Son district police to establish a case to investigate and clarify.

1.Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh (born in 1981), residing in Khai Son commune, Anh Son district, Nghe An province, Chairman of the People's Committee of Khai Son commune, was prosecuted for the crime of "Lack of responsibility causing serious consequences" as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 360 of the Penal Code.

2Ms. Phan Thi Hoai (born in 1992), residing in Khai Son commune, Anh Son district, Nghe An province - a civil servant of land administration and agriculture in Khai Son commune was prosecuted for the crime of "Taking advantage of position and power while performing official duties" as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 356 of the Penal Code.

3.Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Lien (born in 1968, residing in Khai Son commune, Anh Son district, Nghe An) was prosecuted for the crime of "Taking advantage of position and power while performing official duties" as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 356 of the Penal Code.
On October 18, 2021, the Investigation Police Agency of Anh Son District Police served the decisions and executed the arrest warrant for the above 3 suspects for investigation within 3 months.
