Nghi Loc Police visited and gave gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mothers and families with meritorious services

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 10, representatives of the Nghi Loc Police Command and organizations in coordination with Dai Hue Company visited and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mothers, families of martyrs and war invalids in the district.

The delegation visited Heroic Mother Phung Thi Nho in Hamlet 15 (Nghi Trung Commune); visited Mr. Le Van Thuc, a 1/4 war invalid and a relative of martyr Le Van At in Hamlet 18 (Nghi Trung); visited the families of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bay in Ngu Phong Hamlet, and Mrs. Tran Thi Phung in Hamlet 5 (Phuc Tho Commune), both relatives of martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the resistance war against America to save the country.

At the visited locations, the commander, officers and soldiers of Nghi Loc District Police and representatives of Dai Hue Company kindly visited Heroic Mother Phung Thi Nho and wounded soldiers and martyrs' mothers, and gave each family a gift worth 1.5 million VND.

Also in the morning, Nghi Loc District Police sent a working group to complete procedures to issue an ID card at the home of 85-year-old Thai Thi Nguong, wife of martyr Phan Dinh Chuong in Hamlet 15, Nghi Van Commune.

The activities of drinking water and remembering its source show the deep gratitude of the officers and soldiers of Nghi Loc District Police, wishing to partly compensate for the great sacrifices of the heroic Vietnamese Mothers and families of martyrs and wounded soldiers in the cause of national liberation and reunification./.
