(Baonghean.vn)- SOn July 10th, the traffic police team of Quynh Luu district returned a motorbike that had been stolen three years prior to Mr. Dau Ba Cuong (born in 1984, residing in Le Loi hamlet, Nghia Hieu commune, Nghia Dan district).

At 9 PM on June 26, 2014, while patrolling and controlling traffic on National Highway 48B at kilometer 12, Cau Giat town, the traffic police team of Quynh Luu district police discovered a young man driving a motorbike with license plate 37H1 01724 carrying more passengers than allowed, not wearing a helmet, and the motorbike lacking rearview mirrors. The team signaled him to stop for inspection.

Lieutenant Colonel Vo Quang Trung, head of the traffic police team of Quynh Luu district, handed over the motorbike to Mr. Dau Ba Cuong.

While the officers were compiling the report, the suspect (who had no driver's license or identification) fled. After temporarily seizing the vehicle, verification revealed that the license plate was fake and the real owner was Mr. Dau Ba Cuong from Nghia Hieu commune, Nghia Dan district. Mr. Cuong stated that he bought the vehicle with license plate 37X3 4939 in 2007 and it was stolen by thieves in 2012.
