Since November 2017, Huy, Le Van Ngoc Tu (22 years old) and Nguyen Van Dong (30 years old, both from Quang Tri) used computer skills to attack and take over Facebook accounts of Vietnamese people studying and living abroad, then impersonated them to talk to friends and relatives on the list and asked for account numbers with the excuse of sending money from abroad to Vietnam.
The police agency requests that victims who have transactions with account: 104000915202 named Thach Dan Thanh, VietinBank Ho Chi Minh City branch, contact Hai Chau District Police, Da Nang City (Tel: 0236.3823233 - 0934086185) to provide information.
