On August 7, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnam Record Book Center announced the 10 fruits with the highest economic value (including domestic consumption and export) out of 50 famous fruit specialties in Vietnam such as: wild apple (Son La), Doan Hung grapefruit (Phu Tho), Huong Son apricot (Hanoi), lychee (Hai Duong), longan (Hung Yen), coconut (Ben Tre), Lo Ren star apple (Tien Giang), honey orange (Can Tho)....

All have been granted a "Certificate of Trademark Registration" by the Department of Intellectual Property under the Ministry of Science and Technology and have become prestigious brands in the domestic and international markets.
Currently, our country has about 776,000 hectares of fruit growing land with hundreds of varieties of fruits of high nutritional quality. With an annual output of 7-8 million tons, Vietnam is one of the countries with the largest fruit growing area in the region.
