Announcing decisions on establishing administrative units in Quynh Luu

Quynh Luu district held a ceremony to announce the establishment of administrative units, Party Committees of communes and towns and the Decision on personnel work on December 23.

Quynh Luu district reorganized 15 commune-level administrative units into 7 new administrative units. Of which, Quynh My and Quynh Hoa communes were merged into Quynh Son commune; Quynh Luong and Quynh Minh communes were merged into Minh Luong commune; Son Hai and Quynh Tho communes were merged into Van Hai commune; Quynh Long and Quynh Thuan communes were merged into Thuan Long commune; Quynh Nghia and Tien Thuy communes were merged into Phu Nghia commune; Quynh Hung, Quynh Ba, Quynh Ngoc communes were merged into Binh Son commune; Quynh Hong commune, part of village 1 of Quynh Hung commune, part of village 7 of Quynh Ba commune and Cau Giat town were merged into Cau Giat town.

At the units, Quynh Luu district announced the Decisions to establish administrative units, Party Committees of communes and towns and appointed comrades to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the communes: Quynh Son, Binh Son, Van Hai, Thuan Long, Phu Nghia and Cau Giat town for the term 2020 - 2025; At the same time, the People's Council and People's Committee of the district also approved the positions of Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Council of the commune; Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the communes and towns.

At the announcement ceremony, leaders of Quynh Luu district requested the Party Committee, authorities, departments and branches of communes and towns to immediately get to work; promptly direct the development of working regulations, assign work to cadres and civil servants to ensure principles and suitability with post-merger practices; continue to review and arrange the naming of hamlet and village units appropriately; arrange the organization and staff of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations in accordance with regulations.

Coordinate with relevant agencies to promptly and fully implement policies and regimes for redundant cadres, civil servants, employees, and part-time workers due to reorganization according to current regulations; Pay attention to grasping the ideological situation and public opinion among cadres, party members, and people after the reorganization. At the same time, prepare well for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
