(Baonghean) - Article 1. The avian influenza outbreak is declared over in Quynh Hau and Quynh Lam communes and the communes threatened by the outbreak, including: Quynh Doi, Quynh Yen, Quynh Hoa, Quynh Hong, Quynh Ba, Quynh Thach, Cau Giat town, Quynh Giang, Quynh My, Quynh Dien, Quynh Hung, Quynh Ngoc, and Ngoc Son communes in Quynh Luu district, Nghe An province.

Article 2To facilitate the consumption of poultry and poultry products by the people, and at the same time control and prevent the recurrence of avian influenza, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to coordinate with the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district and the Veterinary Sub-Department to continue directing the inspection and monitoring of diseases in poultry flocks, sanitation, disinfection and sterilization of the environment; strengthening quarantine of transportation, control of slaughter and veterinary hygiene inspection.

Article 3This decision takes effect from the date of signing.

The Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office; the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Health, and Industry and Trade; the Director of the Provincial State Treasury; the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quynh Luu District; the Chairmen of the People's Committees of the communes named in Article 1; the Head of the Veterinary Sub-Department and the heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this decision.
