On July 14, 2022, the Director of Nghe An Department of Health signed Decision No. 1268/QD-SYT on the appointment of leaders and managers. Accordingly, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoa - Director of the Stroke Center (Nghe An General Hospital) was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of Nghe An General Hospital.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Duong Dinh Chinh - Director of Nghe An Department of Health congratulated Nghe An General Hospital on having a new deputy director; congratulated Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoa personally on his new position and mission.

The Director of Nghe An Department of Health stated: Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoa is a well-trained medical officer with good moral character. During his work, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoa always strives toand excellently completed assigned tasks; left many marks on expertise, direction and management of departments, rooms and centers... trusted by patients, colleagues and people.

In his new position and mission, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoa needs to continue to make efforts, try hard, and actively study hospital management; together with the Hospital Board of Directors, strengthen solidarity, collaboration, set an example... and strive to build the General Friendship Hospital into a special-class hospital by 2025.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Director of Nghe An General Friendship Hospital, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoa promised to always strive to complete the assigned tasks to be worthy of the trust that the health sector and the Nghe An General Friendship Hospital have placed in him.

Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hoa has nearly 24 years of experience working at Nghe An General Hospital; has held the following positions: Doctor of Emergency Resuscitation Department, Doctor of Neurology Department, Deputy and Head of Neurology Department, Head of Hospital Command Department, Director of Stroke Center (Nghe An General Hospital).
