Announcement of the Decision to Appoint the Deputy Director of the Nghe An Provincial Police Department.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 12th, the Nghe An Provincial Police Department held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security appointing Colonel Ho Van Tu, former Head of the Personnel and Organization Department of the Nghe An Provincial Police, to the position of Deputy Director of the Nghe An Provincial Police Department, effective September 5th, 2014. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duong – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Major General Nguyen Xuan Lam – Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Provincial Police Department.

Major General Nguyen Xuan Lam, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and Director of the Provincial Police, presented the appointment decision for the Deputy Director of the Provincial Police and offered flowers to congratulate Colonel Ho Van Tu.

At the ceremony, after presenting the appointment decision for the Deputy Director to Colonel Ho Van Tu, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Major General Nguyen Xuan Lam, Director of the Provincial Police, presented flowers to congratulate him. Colonel Ho Van Tu (born in 1962), from Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau district, Nghe An province, has served for many years, and in every position he has held, he has always upheld a high sense of responsibility and successfully completed his assigned tasks.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - presented flowers to congratulate Colonel Ho Van Tu on his appointment as Deputy Director of the Provincial Police.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Nguyen Xuan Lam acknowledged Colonel Ho Van Tu's service and combat experience in the police force, and requested that in his new position, given the complex situations related to national security and order in general and Nghe An province in particular, Colonel Ho Van Tu should uphold a high sense of responsibility, unite and strengthen solidarity, build a clean and strong Nghe An police force; focus on advising the Party Committee and government, and directing the provincial police force to effectively carry out the task of maintaining security and order, serving the development of the locality.

Speaking at the ceremony announcing the decision, Colonel Ho Van Tu pledged to continue striving his best to contribute to maintaining security and order in the locality, building a clean and strong Nghe An Provincial Police force, worthy of the trust of the Party Committee, government and people of the province.
