On April 6, 2018, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Decision No. 1938 - QD/TU approving the results of the election of comrade Ngoc Kim Nam - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Do Luong district to hold the position of Secretary of the Do Luong District Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 term, replacing comrade Truong Hong Phuc who retired according to the regime.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee presented the Decision approving the position of Secretary of the Do Luong District Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 term to comrade Ngoc Kim Nam.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the positive contributions of Comrade Truong Hong Phuc - former Secretary of the Do Luong District Party Committee.
