Announcement of the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on the rotation of cadres.

(Baonghean) - On the morning of October 23, an extraordinary meeting of the Provincial Party Committee was held to announce the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on the rotation of cadres and to solicit opinions on the nomination of additional Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee. Comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - chaired the meeting. Also attending the meeting were comrades: Nguyen Ngoc Lam - Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department; and Nguyen Ngoc Dong - Deputy Minister of Transport.

Acting on behalf of the Central Party Secretariat, Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Lam announced the Central Party Secretariat's Decision on personnel rotation. Accordingly, Comrade Le Ngoc Hoa – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of Construction Corporation No. 4 (Cienco4) – was nominated to join the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2010-2015 term; and was nominated for election by the Provincial People's Council to the position of Vice Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee for the 2011-2016 term.

On behalf of the provincial leadership, Comrade Ho Duc Phoc expressed gratitude for the attention of the Central Party Secretariat in strengthening the province with capable leadership personnel and hoped that Comrade Le Ngoc Hoa, in her new position, would fully utilize her abilities and enthusiasm to excellently fulfill the assigned tasks, and together with the Provincial Party Committee, lead the Party and people of Nghe An province to continue successfully implementing Resolution 26 of the Politburo on the direction and tasks for the development of Nghe An province until 2020, worthy of the trust of the Central Party Secretariat and the confidence of the people of Nghe An.
