Announcing the Decision of the Party Central Committee Secretariat on cadre rotation

(Baonghean) - On the morning of October 23, an extraordinary meeting of the Provincial Party Committee was held to announce the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel rotation and to seek opinions on the addition of the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the meeting. Also attending the meeting were comrades: Nguyen Ngoc Lam - Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee; Nguyen Ngoc Dong - Deputy Minister of Transport.

By order of the Party Central Committee Secretariat, comrade Nguyen Ngoc Lam announced the Decision of the Party Central Committee Secretariat on personnel rotation. Accordingly, he introduced comrade Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of CTGT Construction Corporation 4 (Cienco4) to join the Party Executive Committee of Nghe An province for the 2010 - 2015 term; introduced him to the Provincial People's Council to elect him as Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province for the 2011 - 2016 term.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Ho Duc Phoc expressed his thanks for the attention of the Central Party Secretariat for strengthening the province's capable leadership staff and hoped that comrade Le Ngoc Hoa, in his new position, would promote his full capacity and enthusiasm, and excellently complete the assigned tasks, together with the collective of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to lead the Party Committee and people of Nghe An province to continue to successfully implement Resolution 26 of the Politburo on the direction and tasks for the development of Nghe An province until 2020, worthy of the trust of the Central Party Secretariat and the trust of the people of Nghe An.
