Announcing the Prime Minister's decision approving the election results of 2 Vice Chairmen of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee

On the afternoon of November 27, the People's Committee of Nghe An province held a ceremony to announce the Prime Minister's Decision approving the results of the additional election of comrades: Hoang Nghia Hieu and Bui Dinh Long to the position of Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee of Nghe An province.

In Decision 1666/QD-TTg dated November 19, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc approved the election results to the position of Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term for comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

In Decision 1668/QD-TTg dated November 19, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc approved the election results to fill the position of Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term for comrade Bui Dinh Long - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of Nam Dan District Party Committee.

The above decisions take effect from the date of signing and promulgation.

Previously, on the morning of November 11, at the 11th session, the 17th Nghe An Provincial People's Council elected two additional Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee: Hoang Nghia Hieu and Bui Dinh Long.

Speaking at the assignment of tasks to the two new Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Thai Thanh Quy assessed that through the positions they have held, regardless of their positions, they have all tried, made efforts, strived and excellently completed the assigned tasks.

“The Prime Minister has made decisions approving the results of the election of additional Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee. This is a great honor for the two comrades but also a very heavy responsibility” - the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized, therefore requesting the two new Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee to approach quickly and start working soon.

Currently, it is the time to prepare for the end of the term, to start building plans and congress documents for a new term, so comrades Hoang Nghia Hieu and Bui Dinh Long must concentrate highly, together with the collective leadership of the Provincial People's Committee and the government, do their best to complete the targets and tasks of the 2015-2020 term and start building documents and plans for socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security of the province in the new term 2020-2025, close to reality and in the right direction.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also hopes that the new Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee will have a firm grasp of the regulations and operating rules of the government and the Provincial People's Committee; thereby upholding the spirit of being exemplary, leading, and being the center of solidarity, building a unified Provincial People's Committee, and completing the assigned tasks.

In order for the two new Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee, along with the collective leadership of the Provincial People's Committee to complete their tasks, Comrade Thai Thanh Quy requested that members of the Provincial People's Committee, sectors, and authorities at all levels create favorable conditions, support, encourage, share, and cooperate.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu and Bui Dinh Long affirmed that this is an honor but also a huge responsibility that the Party Committee, government and people of the province have entrusted.

The new Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee promised to always strive and unite to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
