Accordingly, on February 24, 2020, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Decision No. 3516-QD/TU on the transfer and appointment of Comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Principal of Nghe An Provincial Political School to join the Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of District Party Secretary for the 2015-2020 term.

Presenting the decision and speaking at the ceremony announcing the decision on the transfer of cadres to comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa, on behalf of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged the working process of comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa in many different positions but she tried, made efforts, was creative and innovative to complete her tasks well.

He emphasized that being appointed to the position of Secretary of the Nam Dan District Party Committee is both a great honor and a great responsibility for the new Secretary of the District Party Committee; the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that Comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa will continue her role and responsibility as a leader, wholeheartedly, creatively, and join hands with the Standing Committee, the Party Executive Committee, the core team and all the people to build Nam Dan district into a bright spot of the province and the whole country.
