Attending the announcement ceremony were comrades: Le Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee; Phan Thi Hoan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Enterprises; representatives of the State Bank of Vietnam, Nghe An Provincial Branch.

Pursuant to the CharterCommunist PartyVietnam and the regulations of the Party at all levels, on October 1, 2021, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Business Bloc of Nghe An province issued Decision No. 148-QD/DUK on the establishment of the Party Cell of Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Nghe An branch.

This is a party cell of the type of grassroots party cell in a private enterprise with roles, functions and tasks according to Regulation No. 170-QD/TW, dated March 7, 2013 ofCentral SecretariatParty.

This decision also appointed comrade Nguyen Thi Quynh Nga to hold the position of Party Secretary of Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Nghe An branch.

Presenting the Decision on establishing the Party cell of Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Nghe An branch, comrade Phan Thi Hoan - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, SecretaryParty Committee of the Business BlocNghe An province believes that developing party organizations and party members in all types of enterprises is one of the key tasks that the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Business Bloc Party Committee has focused on leading and directing in recent times.

Over the past 5 years, the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee has established 11 party organizations (raising the total number of party organizations under the Nghe An Business Bloc Party Committee to 134) and developed many new party members in private enterprises.

Through party and union building and party member development in enterprises, it contributes to ensuring the Party's leadership over the masses and workers; contributes to the stable, sustainable and legal development of business operations, effective business; and ensures the harmony of interests between business owners and workers.

The Secretary of the Party Committee of the Business Bloc of Nghe An province also requested the Party Cell of Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Nghe An branch to study and develop content and methods of operation suitable to the conditions and characteristics of the business situation to promote the role and position of the Party organization in the business, contributing to promoting the development process of the business.
