Announcing the decision to establish the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province and recognizing the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province; along with comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, leaders of advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, and socio-political organizations of the province.

At the ceremony, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 3841-QD/TU dated June 25, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee on the establishment of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee includes 10 advisory and support departments and 4 affiliated public service units.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province performs its functions and tasks according to Regulation No. 301-QD/TW dated June 9, 2025 of the Secretariat on the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and commune levels and regulations of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Announcing Decision No. 519 dated June 26, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on recognizing positions in the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province for the 2024-2029 term; the decision takes effect from the date of signing.

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province consists of 8 comrades. Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - holds the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province. Comrade Kha Van Tam - holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province. Comrade Nguyen Quang Tung - holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province. Comrade Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy - holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

Comrade Nguyen Sy Hoi - holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. Comrade Nguyen Duc Thanh - holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. Comrade Tran Thi Thu Huong - holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. Comrade Phan Sy Cuong - holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

At the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee presented the decisions; comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council presented flowers to congratulate the comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung emphasized that this is an event of extremely important political significance, marking a new step in the organization of the apparatus in the spirit of the Central's direction to build a streamlined, efficient, effective, and effective apparatus and improve the operational efficiency of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in the coming time.

Sending congratulations to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and 8 comrades recognized as Standing members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, the Provincial Party Secretary affirmed the important role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, socio-political organizations, and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung acknowledged and commended the efforts, endeavors, and high sense of responsibility of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, along with relevant agencies and units in preparing for the establishment of the new agency and the arrangement of personnel of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in the past time.

Emphasizing that the establishment of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee is a necessary step, in line with the requirements of organizational innovation towards streamlining, effective and efficient operations, in line with the spirit of the Central Resolutions on Party building and political system building, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung believes that the newly reorganized Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Standing Committee will continue to promote the sense of responsibility, political courage, practical experience and solidarity and unity to lead and operate the Provincial Fatherland Front to continue to operate stably, smoothly and effectively.

In order for the new agency to soon stabilize and carry out assigned tasks, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung requested that comrades immediately get to work, promptly stabilize the organization, develop working regulations, assign tasks clearly and scientifically; prepare conditions to organize and operate the agency starting tomorrow (July 1, 2025) to ensure smooth, effective and efficient operations, truly worthy of being the center of great national unity.

Based on the Decision on the establishment of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and specialized departments, it is necessary to arrange appropriate staff to perform tasks according to the requirements, nature and characteristics of the work. The 10 specialized departments need to stabilize their organization soon, immediately deploy their work, and ensure that there is no interruption in their advisory activities and other tasks.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung requested to urgently complete the arrangement of headquarters, offices, equipment and necessary physical facilities to ensure a professional and effective working environment.

Continue to innovate the operating methods of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, in which the representative, leading and gathering role of the Front for member organizations is promoted and the nucleus is oriented and spreads good values.

In addition, continue to promote the role of a social monitoring and criticism agency; strengthen the work of grasping the thoughts and aspirations of the people, contributing to strengthening the people's trust in the Party and the government, state agencies, especially in the context of implementing the 2-level local government model; carry out emulation movements and campaigns in the spirit of innovation, more effectively and better.

Strengthen the application of information technology and digital transformation in the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, ensuring efficiency, transparency, closeness to reality, suitable for the 2-level local government model, in line with the general development trend of the province and the country in the coming period.

To carry out this task, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that each cadre, party member, civil servant and public employee in the agency need to constantly practice and strive to improve their professional qualifications, moral qualities, promote a sense of responsibility, sense of organization and discipline, and avoid having a local mentality, helping the Party Committee and government to be closer to the people, understand the people better, and carry out tasks in the spirit of better meeting the people's requirements, for the people. Each cadre must be the nucleus of solidarity, the one who inspires actions in the political system agencies and spreads them among the people.

In addition, proactively prepare conditions for organizing the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress for the 2025-2030 term right after the 20th Provincial Party Congress; at the same time, proactively and actively participate in the preparation for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, ensuring compliance with regulations and on schedule.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung also requested that Party committees, authorities, and socio-political organizations in the whole province continue to pay attention, coordinate, and create favorable conditions for the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations to successfully complete their assigned tasks, actively contributing to the cause of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building the Party, the political system, and building the great national unity bloc in the coming time.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation emphasized that from tomorrow (July 1, 2025), the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations will be the common home of the people; the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee is the common home that actively advises the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to carry out the contents and tasks of the Front and socio-political organizations.

In the coming time, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee will promote the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and responsibility, continuing to build the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee into a common home for all classes of people, worthy of being the center of great solidarity.

Continue to strengthen the building of the great national unity bloc; innovate the content and methods of operation and improve the effectiveness of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's operations, focus on the grassroots, be close to the people, listen to people's opinions anytime, anywhere; promote patriotic emulation campaigns and movements, enhance the role of the Front's Working Committee in residential areas; bring the Front's activities to the grassroots, closely linked with the people.

Actively apply information technology, taking digital transformation as the key; actively spread the "Digital Education for the People" movement, build the image of a digital frontline person in the digital age to truly be a solid digital bridge between the Party, the State and the People, associated with the model of a digital citizen.
