On behalf of the Central Organizing Committee, Comrade Nguyen Van Tung - Head of Department of Local Affairs I, Central Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 1789-QDNS/TW, dated December 31, 2024 of the Central Party Secretariat on approving Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.

At the ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung presented the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat approving the position of Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term to comrade Le Hong Vinh.

Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, born on May 1, 1974; hometown: Luu Son commune, Do Luong district, Nghe An province. Education: Master's degree in Science and Technology Management; Political theory: Advanced.

Speaking at the assignment of tasks to the new Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee respectfully thanked the Central Party Secretariat, the Central Organizing Committee, and the Central Party Committees for creating favorable conditions to help and support the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee in perfecting key personnel to meet work requirements.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also respectfully congratulated comrade Le Hong Vinh on being trusted by the Provincial Party Committee and approved by the Central Party Secretariat for the position of Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

The Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that Comrade Le Hong Vinh is a cadre who grew up from the grassroots and has held many different positions during his working career.
