US citizen accused of spying in Russia has 4 nationalities
(Baonghean.vn) - Mr. David Whelan, the twin brother of Paul Whelan, confirmed to Sputnik that his brother, who was arrested by the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) in Russia on charges of espionage, has up to 4 nationalities.

"I know he has four nationalities," David Whelan confirmed on January 5. He also said he would not reveal the little information they had about Paul's friend who was getting married in Moscow. "And I have no plans to visit Russia, nor does my family," David stressed.
On December 28, 2018, FSB officials arrested Paul Whelan in Moscow on suspicion of spying. Paul Whelan, a retired Marine, was said to have traveled to Russia to attend a friend's wedding.
