Medicinal uses of onions

Cure stomachache, cold hands and feet
Adults with cold limbs, blue lips, and a faint pulse should take a handful of onions, remove the roots and leaves, heat the bulb, place it on the navel, and apply a hot water bottle on top. When the onions become soft, replace the handful with another onion.
After a while, the heat will penetrate and your limbs will be warm, sweating profusely, and then you will be cured. Next, take a piece of dried ginger about the size of 2 thumbs, chop it into small pieces, boil it in water and drink it.
Treat colds and headaches
When having a cold or headache, take 20 spring onions, cut off the green leaves, keep the soft part. Add a little rice and 5 thick slices of ginger, cook into porridge, eat hot.
When eating porridge, add a little vinegar. After eating, lie down in bed and cover yourself with a blanket to sweat, your condition will improve quickly.
