Public information and price listing in Nghe An

(Baonghean.vn)-Nghe An Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 57/2015/QD-UBND specifically regulating the responsibilities of production and business organizations and individuals in price stabilization, pricing, price negotiation, inspection of price formation factors, price declaration, price information disclosure, and price posting in Nghe An province.

This is a regulation specifying the Government's regulations on price management, including: price stabilization; State pricing; price negotiation; price formation factor inspection; price declaration; price posting; price database and State price management in Nghe An province.

Accordingly, organizations and individuals in production and business; consumers; state agencies; other organizations and individuals related to price stabilization activities; pricing; price negotiation; price formation factor inspection; price declaration; price information disclosure, price posting in Nghe An province.

The regulation also clearly states the responsibilities of the Departments and branches: Department of Finance, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Construction, Department of Transport, Department of Health, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Education and Training, Department of Information and Communications and districts, cities and towns to closely coordinate in price management.

All levels and sectors are responsible for organizing and implementing price stabilization measures for goods included in the price stabilization list prescribed by the Government and guided by the Ministry of Finance and relevant sector management ministries; proactively implementing market stabilization programs in accordance with the actual situation in the locality.

List of goods and services subject to price stabilization as prescribed in Article 15 of the Law on Prices, Article 3 of Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 of the Government.

During the management and control process, if the Departments, branches, localities and competent authorities detect any irregularities in price management, they will handle violations in accordance with current legal regulations.

Decision No. 57/2015/QD-UBND replaces Decision No. 77/2010/QD-UBND dated October 8, 2010 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating regulations on price management in Nghe An province and takes effect from October 18, 2015.
