Question 1:F1 isolation in the new situation?

Reply:

Currently, F0 is a child being treated at home, parents who are F1 are quarantined according to Document 762/BYT-DP, dated February 21, 2022 of the Ministry of Health. Accordingly, regulations on medical quarantine for Covid-19 cases and close contacts are as follows:

- Perform 05-day home isolation for the following subjects: have received 02 doses of vaccine (the last dose was given at least 14 days ago) and Covid patients have recovered within 03 months from the time of F1 occurrence); on the 5th day, the PCR result is negative; self-monitor health and comply with 5K for the next 05 days.

- Perform home isolation for 07 days for subjects: have not received 02 doses of vaccine (or received 02 doses, the last dose is not 14 days old) on the 7th day with negative PCR result; self-monitor health and comply with 5K for the next 03 days.

Section 7, Decision 250/QD-BYT, dated January 28, 2022 of the Ministry of Health stipulates:

Standards for lifting quarantine for home care managers

+ For asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic COVID-19 patients who are eligible for home isolation and treatment according to regulations, home isolation and treatment will be removed when:

+ Quarantine and treatment period of 7 days and negative rapid antigen test result for SARS-CoV-2 virus performed by medical staff or self-performed by the patient under the supervision of medical staff by at least one of the following methods: directly or indirectly via remote means.

+ In case the test result is still positive after 7 days, continue to isolate for 10 days for those who have received the full dose of vaccine as prescribed; and 14 days for those who have not received the full dose of vaccine as prescribed.

+ The medical station that manages the patient is responsible for confirming the patient's recovery.

Discharge criteria for COVID-19 patients hospitalized in admission and treatment facilities

- The isolation and treatment period at the admission and treatment facilities is at least 5 days, clinical symptoms improve, significantly reduce, fever disappears (without using antipyretics) 3 days or more before the discharge date and:

+ If the test result by Real-time RT-PCR method is negative for SARS-CoV-2 or the virus concentration is low (Ct ≥ 30, any specific gene) or the rapid antigen test is negative for SARS-CoV-2 virus, the patient is discharged from the hospital.

+ If the test result using the Real-time RT-PCR method is positive for SARS-CoV-2 with a high virus concentration (Ct < 30, any specific gene) or the rapid antigen test is still positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus, continue to isolate for a full 10 days (it is not necessary to repeat the test).

- After being discharged from the hospital, patients should monitor their health at home for 7 days. Measure body temperature twice a day. If body temperature is higher than 38ºC on two consecutive measurements or there are any unusual clinical signs, it is necessary to notify the local health facility for timely examination and treatment. Follow the 5K message.

Question 3: F0 go to work

Reply:

In Document 762/BYT-DP, dated February 21, 2022 of the Ministry of Health, it is stipulated that: Construction enterprises arranging F1 to work need to develop an epidemic prevention plan that adapts to the actual situation and ensures epidemic prevention. Currently, the Department of Health needs to closely follow the Documents of the Ministry of Health for guidance, and cannot violate the regulations.

However, the Department of Health accepts the opinions of businesses and will propose to the Ministry of Health to change appropriate policies to adapt to the current stage.

Question5: F0 from other provinces

Reply:

For F0, workers from other provinces must have temporary residence registration, quarantine decision, and quarantine completion confirmation issued by the health agency where they registered their temporary residence. Question 6: F0's certificate of resignation

Medical stations do not have a form of F0 leave certificate to receive social insurance benefits for F0 treated at home, so they cannot complete the procedures to resolve the benefits for F0.

Reply:The Trade Union of Nghe An Southeast Economic Zone has proposed that the Provincial Social Insurance and Nghe An Department of Health provide guidance and direction to medical facilities to implement and provide certificates of leave with social insurance pay for F0 subjects.isolation treatmentin accordance with the regulations.

Question 7:QuyDisinfectant spraying at businesses

Reply:

Pursuant to Decision No. 2194/QD-BCDQG dated May 27, 2020 on guidance on "prevention and assessment of the risk of Covid-19 infection at workplaces and dormitories for employees" and the enterprise's epidemic prevention plan in each practical stage atbusiness.

Enterprises are requested to develop epidemic prevention plans suitable to the epidemic developments of each stage, in accordance with legal requirements and ensuring flexibility.
