(Baonghean.vn) - Propaganda work needs to proactively grasp the situation at the grassroots level in order to forecast and promptly propose advice to the Party Committee to handle outstanding ideological and pressing issues occurring in the area.

This was emphasized by Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Tran Quoc Khanh at the 2017 Propaganda work conference of the cluster of districts, cities and towns: Quy Hop, Quy Chau, Que Phong, Thai Hoa, Hoang Mai, Nghia Dan, Quynh Luu held on the morning of November 9 in Quynh Luu district.

At the conference, the units in the cluster reported on the summary of propaganda work in 2017 and presented good models to learn from such as: Model of applying science and technology to production to improve product quality of Phu Luong safe production cooperative; Youth economic development club of Quynh Thang commune Youth Union, Quynh Luu district; blood bank of the Town Youth Union, shock team to ensure traffic safety of Hoang Mai town...

At the same time, representatives of the Propaganda Department of districts, cities and towns also proposed and proposed difficulties and problems in propaganda work to promptly resolve them in 2018.

Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Tran Quoc Khanh responded to a number of recommendations and proposals from the districts and directed the Propaganda Departments of the district, city and town Party Committees to continue improving the quality of dissemination and study of the Party's directives and resolutions; and to propose plans and programs for the district and the department to effectively implement them.

Comrade Tran Quoc Khanh also suggested that the Propaganda Department of localities in the cluster should proactively grasp the basis in time to forecast, promptly propose and advise the Party Committee to handle outstanding ideological and pressing issues occurring in the area.

The Propaganda Department of districts, cities and towns needs to organize the study of good models, research and apply them appropriately, close to the actual situation of each locality and unit.
