Vietnamese scientific work wins gold prize in Korea
Two Vietnamese works participating in the SEOUL 2017 International Creativity Exhibition both won high awards.

Vietnam has two award-winning projects. That is cMr. Present“Automatic control and energy optimization for the heating furnace of the crude oil distillation workshop, Dung Quat oil refinery” won a gold medal from the Organizing Committee and a special prize fromMalaysian Association of Research Scientists (MARS).

Project“Research on calculation and design of large-aperture gate opening and closing equipment for flood prevention projects in Ho Chi Minh City and coastal plain provinces”won a special award from the Indonesian Innovation and Creativity Promotion Association (INNOPA).
During the fair, the Vietnamese delegation had a meeting with Mr. Alireza Rastegar, President of the International Federation of Invention Associations (IFIA), on the federation's cooperation and support with the Vietnam Fund for Supporting Technical Innovation (VIFOTEC).
Mr. Alireza affirmed that he will cooperate with Vietnam in the near future."I myself want to come to Vietnam in 2018 to grasp the operational situation of VIFOTEC and Vietnamese creators to come up with effective cooperation methods," he said.
