- Construction techniques: 05 people, graduated from University of Water Resources (5 years of experience or more).

- Field technical staff: 02 people, graduated from University of Water Resources (5 years or more experience).

- Geodetic survey: 01 person, graduated from high school, proficient in using electronic total station and related software.

- Tower crane driver: 04 people

- Excavator drivers: 08 people

- Bulldozer driver: 02 people

- Truck driver: 03 people

- Car driver serving the Company's Board of Directors at the construction site: 01 person

- Good health, clear background, no violations of social evils

- Gender: male, age: 22 - 40, priority given to experienced people.

2. Benefits:
