(Baonghean.vn) - "While waiting for other countries to issue visas for workers, we prioritize training and fostering skills and discipline for workers so that they can best meet the needs of demanding markets" - Ms. Trinh Thi Huyen - General Director of the Company said.

Formerly known as the Human Resources Supply Company, after 13 years of operation in the field of labor supply, Kaizen International Joint Stock Company was officially established in May 2017 and was licensed by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to operate in the field of sending workers to work abroad under contracts. In 2018 & 2019, the company was selected to train Korean and Japanese languages for poor and near-poor workers, ethnic minority workers and coastal workers participating in labor export under the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction for the period 2016 - 2020.

To carry out this task well, the company has coordinated with the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of mountainous districts and neighboring districts in the coastal areas of Nghe An province, and at the same time linked with units with the function of vocational training and job introduction in the province.

In 2018, the company recruited 25 students who received free Korean language training. In 2019, it recruited 35 students from poor families who were poor and received Japanese language training. In 2018, 8/25 students received KLPT certificates (certificates of a Korean language proficiency test organized by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRD Korea). Currently, some students are working and studying in Korea under the E9 program; many students who studied Japanese have participated in the recruitment exam for Japanese orders and are currently waiting to leave the country after the Covid-19 pandemic.

In 2020, labor export faced many difficulties due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic. Although the number of workers registering to work abroad was high, familiar markets with high incomes did not issue visas, which limited businesses in recruitment and training. However, with experience and close relationships with foreign partners, the Company was able to send a small number of workers to Taiwan since the beginning of May. Continue to select and train labor resources for a number of markets such as Taiwan, Japan, some Middle Eastern countries and Poland, Romania... in the last months of the year.

After the Covid-19 epidemic was controlled, the company also promoted the international study abroad market in countries such as Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and Germany. "In particular, we focus on developing the German market because this is a new but very potential market. In particular, if students choose this market, they will only have to pay a fee of 200 million VND but will have a standard graduation certificate, and can work with companies introduced by partners in other countries, with a very good negotiated salary", said Mr. Luu Van Nam - Deputy General Director of Market Development of the Company.
