((Baonghean.vn) - In the summer, the demand for clean water in Cua Lo coastal town increases, Cua Lo Water Supply Joint Stock Company has made efforts to supply water continuously during the day, arranging water supply schedules by region.

Determining that the demand for clean water in the summer of 2017 will increase, due to the opening of more hotels and restaurants and the implementation of a number of new investment projects in Cua Lo Town, from the beginning of 2017, Cua Lo Water Supply Joint Stock Company invested billions of dong in drilling an additional DT5 water well with a capacity of 1,000 m3/day to support additional raw water supply for Cua Lo State operations (raw water supply for Cua Lo Water Plant is from drilled wells in Nam Cam Industrial Park and clean water from the water supply system of the Vinh sub-region project).

Currently, Cua Lo Water Supply Joint Stock Company has more than 3,700 customers and thanks to the development of a water supply pipeline system to 7 wards, it has created favorable conditions for people to use clean water and promptly met the needs of clean water at hotels, restaurants, and investment projects in the area, typically investing in the development of pipelines to promptly supply clean water to the Vinbearl Cua Hoi project; Vinamilk Milk Factory...

At the same time, the Company is developing more water supply pipelines in the wards and repairing and upgrading some old and degraded water supply pipelines that cause water loss... With these efforts, this summer, there will be no shortage of clean water in Cua Lo.

To improve operational capacity and meet the increasing demand for clean water in the area, Cua Lo Water Supply Joint Stock Company is currently implementing a project to upgrade the Water Plant with a capacity of 13,000 m3/day from a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and is expected to start construction in mid-June 2017.
