In 2014, thanks to the efforts of the company and its shareholders, the company gradually achieved effective business results. In the investment sector, projects included: the Nghe An Oil and Gas Building (currently receiving property ownership certificates and house ownership certificates for apartment units); the Nghi Phu complex project (including high-end apartments, offices, and townhouses) and the Hung Loc low-income housing project (for Oil and Gas employees) are being actively implemented to ensure timely completion; and the Vinh Tan Oil and Gas Urban Area project and the Khai Son - Anh Son fuel station are seeking investment partners. In the construction sector, the company focused on completing projects such as the Lang Sen Primary School in Nam Dan, construction projects in Nghi Son - Thanh Hoa, and Vung Ang - Ha Tinh… with total revenue exceeding 300 billion VND.

The company director reported on the production and business plan for 2015.

At the general meeting, shareholders unanimously approved the 2015 business plan, which includes continuing to exploit the advantageous areas of real estate investment and construction.
