Kim Thi Real Estate Joint Stock Company is a multi-sector, multi-field enterprise, in which the strength is investing in real estate projects. Currently, the Company has been implementing many real estate projects, especially social housing projects. In particular, the social housing project of the 15-storey CT1 building on Phan Boi Chau Street - Vinh City has been completed on a construction area of ​​over 3,330m2, construction floor area 18,777m2with 238 apartments (more than 70% of home buyers were able to borrow from the 3,000 billion VND package with a preferential interest rate of 5% and a loan term of 15 years according to the State's preferential policy for low-income people). The social housing project of CT1 building was handed over and put into use on March 2, 2016, and at the same time, the Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the social housing project of CT2 building.

CT2 building is built on an area of ​​1,160 m2.m2, 12 floors high and 1 technical floor with 165 apartments, of which the apartments have an area of ​​61.60m2; 65.02m2; 65.16m2; 67.19m2; 67.20m2; 72.78m2To speed up the progress and facilitate customers, the Company has cooperated with AgriBank, BIDV, PV comBank, SCB Bank, SHB Bank, HD Bank... to support customers in borrowing capital when buying apartments at the project.

After a period of construction with great efforts from the investor, contractors and especially the attention of authorities at all levels, departments and branches, up to now, the CT2 building has basically completed the rough construction. The topping out ceremony is one of the important events in the project implementation process, demonstrating the determination and commitment to progress, quality, and reputation of the enterprise to customers...

It is expected that in the first quarter of 2018, Kim Thi Real Estate Joint Stock Company will complete the project and hand over houses to customers (3 months ahead of schedule).

Currently, the Kim Thi high-rise apartment, social housing and kindergarten project has an area of ​​8,272 m2.m2, in which the construction area of ​​CT1 building is 1,271.2m2(accounting for 15.4%); the construction area of ​​CT2 building is 1,160m2(accounting for 14.0%) and kindergarten construction area 730.4m2 (accounting for 8.0%). Thus, the total construction area is 3,161.6m2accounting for 38.2% and the construction area of ​​outdoor parking lots, roads and trees is 5,110.8m2accounting for 61.8%.
