Currently, the company is building Lan Chau Restaurant 1; completing the transfer of all compensation payments for site clearance in Nghi Hoa, Nghi Thuy, and Thu Thuy areas. The company attracts 60 workers with an average income of 6 million VND/person/month. On June 20, the Party Cell of Song Ngu Son Joint Stock Company successfully organized the 1st Congress, term 2015 - 2020, which is considered a new step forward, affirming the confidence of businesses when investing in the tourism sector in Cua Lo. Party member Vuong Kiem Cuong, Lieutenant Colonel, former Island Chief of Ngu Island for 14 consecutive years, now Deputy General Director of Song Ngu Son Joint Stock Company, emotionally said: "I have been attached to Ngu Island for many years, I did not expect that when I retired, I would be trusted by the company, I will strive to contribute my efforts to help the company build the island into an attractive destination, introducing it to tourists across the country and internationally. The establishment of the company's Party Cell further affirms the confidence of the company's cadres, party members and employees. We also hope that departments, branches, and authorities at all levels will reform administrative procedures, create favorable conditions, support our company to gradually improve, contributing to highlighting Cua Lo island tourism".

Young party member Nguyen Thi Yen, born in 1990, admitted to the party on September 3, 2012, transferred to work at Song Ngu Son Joint Stock Company a few months ago, could not hide her emotions: "When the company recruited and assigned me to be a chef at Lan Chau Restaurant, at first I was really worried about whether I could handle the task or not? But when I started working, participating in the party cell, receiving help from my brothers and sisters in the company and participating in the first party cell congress, I was really excited, and will work with the unit to achieve the set goals."

Entering the first term, the Party Cell of Song Ngu Son Joint Stock Company identified this as a key stage in the leadership of the unit to implement basic investment projects, closely coordinating with local Party committees, authorities and enterprises to effectively exploit the potential and strengths of tourism in Cua Lo coastal town. At the Party Cell Congress, Party members discussed and agreed on many solutions to promote the implementation of projects in the Nghi Hoa - Lan Chau - Song Ngu area, creating an attraction for domestic and international tourists, especially European tourists coming in the cold season, contributing to opening up the direction of exploiting Cua Lo tourism in all four seasons.
