Trung Do Joint Stock Company donated 100 gifts to poor households in Que Phong.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 27, in Dong Van commune, Que Phong district (Nghe An), a working delegation of Trung Do Joint Stock Company led by Mr. Cao Son Dau - Deputy Director of the Company visited and gave gifts to poor households in Dong Van commune.

Accompanying the delegation were representatives of the Fatherland Front Committee of Que Phong district.

Dong Van is a mountainous commune, nearly 20 km from the center of Que Phong district town. The whole commune has 717 households with 1,199 people living in 10 villages. Despite many efforts, according to the new standards, Dong Van commune has 40.97% poor households.

On this occasion, Trung Do Joint Stock Company visited and presented 100 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, to poor households in Dong Van commune.

It is known that Trung Do Joint Stock Company was assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to help Dong Van commune since 2014. Since then, the Company has spent about 100 million VND from the welfare fund each year to support Dong Van commune; at the same time, there are many cooperative activities with the locality, exploiting the potential of local soil resources for the Company's production activities.
