At the ceremony, Mr. Bui Hong Minh - General Director, Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation presented the Decision to appoint General Director of VICEM Hoang Mai Cement Joint Stock Company to Mr. Nguyen Quoc Viet.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Viet is former Deputy General Director of VICEM Hoang Mai Cement Joint Stock Company.
