The company sells each skill training course to customers for 4.9 million VND and promises to pay 50.8 million VND after 8 months.

Speaking to VnExpress, a source from the National Steering Committee for Prevention of Smuggling, Trade Fraud and Counterfeit Goods (389) said that on April 8, the interdisciplinary team 389 of Vinh Long province conducted a surprise inspection at Hoang Long Viet Trading and Service Joint Stock Company, Vinh Long City, Vinh Long Province.

This company is a distributor of EMZ USA organic fertilizer, Fusa Group, USA. However, tAt the time of the inspection by the interdisciplinary team, some customers present at the company said they came to claim gratitude money even though the company did not have a multi-level marketing license from the management agency.

According to customers, the company previously invited them to register for the Fire Phoenix Potential Skill Exploitation course with a price of 4.9 million VND per session. After 5-6 months, they will get their capital back and after 8 months, the company will pay them a gratitude fee of 50.8 million VND.However, after the above time, the customer has not received any capital or gratitude, only received a commission of 300,000 VND for each additional referral.

The representative of the National Steering Committee 389 also said that the inspection team had drawn up a record, taken fertilizer samples for testing, and temporarily detained a number of documents, including a list of 635 card codes (corresponding to 635 study places for 318 people) with a total amount of more than 3.1 billion VND.

According to sources from Steering Committee 389, leaders of Hoang Long Viet Companysaid it has organized life skills training courses 6 times. For each course worth 4.9 million VND collected from customers, the company will use 2.5 million VND to pay for accommodation, materials, clothes, instructors, and the remaining amount will be used to thank customers.
