Nghe An Electricity Company implements many customer gratitude activities
The annual program "Customer Appreciation Month" is one of the important activities at the end of the year of Nghe An Power Company (PC Nghe An), with the message "Accompanying customers to use electricity safely, economically and effectively", thanking all electricity customers for accompanying the Electricity industry.
The customer appreciation activities in 2024 implemented by PC Nghe An are truly community-oriented, have a pervasive influence, and contribute to enhancing the good image of the Electricity industry towards customers and society; create cohesion, and shift directly to supporting activities, helping people, businesses, and customers to use electricity completely, economically, and effectively.

As part of the 2024 customer appreciation month activities, Nghe An Electricity Company has spent a total of more than 1 billion VND, developing practical and meaningful programs such as: repairing and replacing household electrical wiring systems, replacing electric lights with energy-saving LED lights for 180 poor households and policy families;
On the occasion of Christmas 2024, Nghe An Electricity Company organized gifts and presented gifts to 144 parish churches and parishioners in the whole province to express gratitude in the consolidation of service provision to ensure production and business activities of the unit; to express gratitude to industrial production customers and large electricity consumers participating in the automatic load adjustment program during the hot season, contributing to ensuring safe and stable electricity supply...

The program to support transformer testing and free station cleaning for customers and businesses has been actively and effectively implemented throughout the province; instructions on installing customer care applications, strengthening customer guidance on electrical safety in daily life and production...
In particular, the program "Lighting up the countryside roads" in the districts of Anh Son, Tuong Duong and Hung Nguyen, installing solar LED lights in areas without street lights.


Along with the series of activities of Customer Gratitude Month, Nghe An Power Company also continues to pay attention to social security work on this occasion. The company has organized programs to support poor households, lonely elderly people, policy families... Organize Tet For The Poor programs launched by Nghe An Provincial People's Committee with a total amount of 90 million VND.
On the occasion of Customer Appreciation Month, Nghe An Power Company also sent gratitude via SMS, Zalo, Email to all customers; Organized meetings with customers, partners, and local authorities.

Also in December, Nghe An Power Company launched the 10th "EVN Red Week", attracting enthusiastic participation from the unit's employees. As a result, on July 12, 2024, at the headquarters of Nghe An Power Company, more than 180 employees donated blood voluntarily, collecting 165 units of blood.
