Cong Vinh signs a 3-year contract with B.Binh Duong.

In fact, information about Cong Vinh leaving SLNA to play for B.Binh Duong has been circulating for a long time, but this is the time when the official contract has been finalized and widely announced.
On the afternoon of October 16th, immediately after concluding a meeting with the leaders of B.Binh Duong Club, striker Le Cong Vinh confirmed: “I and B.Binh Duong have officially reached an agreement on the terms of a new contract. From now on, I am a player of B.Binh Duong for the next 3 years.”
Although the details of the contract between B.Binh Duong and Cong Vinh have not been disclosed, it is certain that the striker from Quynh Luu has created a "blockbuster" contract given the current sluggish state of the Vietnamese football transfer market.

Le Cong Vinh himself had previously stated that he was willing to accept 80% of the signing bonus offered by other clubs if SLNA could meet the terms. The appeal to businesses made by the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee was unsuccessful, so SLNA ultimately had to accept the departure of their club captain.
At Binh Duong FC, Cong Vinh will wear the number 99 jersey. With Cong Vinh's arrival, Binh Duong FC has a squad like a mini-Vietnam national team with players like Trong Hoang, Au Van Hoan, Tan Tai, Phuoc Tu, Anh Duc, Mai Tien Thanh, and Dinh Luat.
