Crimea warns Kiev of consequences of breaking Azov Sea Agreement
The termination of the Agreement with Russia on the joint use of the Sea of Azov could create a dangerous situation for Ukraine, the Head of the Crimean Social Affairs Department, Grigory Ioffe, said.

"It doesn't take a diplomat, a leader of states or a politician to understand that any agreement, even the worst one, is better than a chaotic form of communication without an agreement. So this is a very dangerous situation for Ukraine," Ioffe said.
According to him, the Kiev government is under external pressure to escalate the conflict in the Sea of Azov.
"I am absolutely convinced that all these moves are initiated from outside Ukraine, and behind them are people who want to fan the smoldering flames of the conflict, believing that the Atlantic will not allow this conflict to spread to the territory of another hemisphere. I believe that in Ukraine there are political realists who know the possible consequences, so I believe that things will not come to a climax," Ioffe added.
