Crystal Bay and partners break ground on 4,500 billion VND resort complex
(Baonghean.vn) - SunBay Park Hotel & Resort Phan Rang - the largest international standard beach resort and entertainment complex in Ninh Thuan province officially broke ground on the morning of April 9. The project complex will be a strong boost for Ninh Thuan to become a new resort paradise in Asia and the world.
The resort complex with a total capital of 4,500 billion VND, expected to provide 3,300 hotel rooms to the land of Ninh Thuan with rich tourism potential in June 2021, was groundbreaking on the morning of April 9, 2019.

A boost for the savannah
105km of coastline with the most beautiful coastal road in Vietnam adjacent to mountains, Nui Chua National Forest, and desert makes Ninh Thuan a special desert area, with full potential and resources to become a new tourist center of Asia.
Positioning its development strategy towards green and sustainable direction, Ninh Thuan province focuses on developing clean energy, tourism, and high-tech agriculture.
Resolution 115/NQ-CP of the Government has issued the highest incentive framework for investors in Ninh Thuan to realize this strategy.
At the groundbreaking ceremony of the SunBay Park Hotel & Resort complex project, Mr. Luu Xuan Vinh - Chairman of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee affirmed that Ninh Thuan province has a policy of offering the highest incentives within the Government's regulations and making the most of the highest support for investors when implementing tourism investment projects.

Ninh Thuan tourism has had impressive growth in recent years. In 2018, Ninh Thuan welcomed 2.19 million total tourist arrivals; total tourism revenue reached 1.05 trillion VND, up 18.7% over the previous year.
The investor representative, Mr. Nguyen Duc Chi - Chairman and General Director of Crystal Bay Group, said that with the desire to develop Ninh Thuan tourism, Crystal Bay has become a strategic investor of the province with a series of projects that will be initiated this year, in which the SunBay Park Hotel & Resort Phan Rang complex opens that plan.

Liftcherish indigenous cultural values
Soft as Cham silk, graceful as Apsara dance, SunBay Park Hotel & Resort Phan Rang complex was designed by talented architects of the world's leading design group NDA with inspiration from the original Cham cultural characteristics of the sedimentary land of Ninh Thuan.
The silent Cham Towers, the patterns and colors in the silk strips of My Nghiep weaving village, Bau Truc pottery village… have been recreated in a completely new look.
SunBay Park Hotel & Resort Phan Rang complex is located in the center of Binh Son sea park, Phan Rang - Thap Cham city with three towers Lazurya, Nuvensa and Crystal Holidays connected together, with a view stretching out to the endless ocean. Along with the hotel room system, 60% of the area is reserved by the investor for facilities to diversify the experience of tourists: notably the 4.7-hectare water park, the sea tourism shopping area, the spa area, 9 infinity pools, 9 European - Asian restaurants...
This large-scale resort complex is also connected to the adjacent 19.3-hectare Binh Son marine park.
Sharing his passion for designing the project, Mr. Emmauel Delarue - General Director of NDA Group said: NDA spent nearly a year traveling around Ninh Thuan, learning about the unique culture of this land, and then breathing life into the drawings to create a complex of SunBay Park Hotel & Resort Phan Rang imbued with the unique Cham cultural spirit. "Every detail in the Resort, the colors, the shapes... are inspired by the very typical Cham culture in Phan Rang - Thap Cham city and Ninh Thuan province" - Mr. Emmauel Delarue shared.

The first large-scale international standard tourism - resort - service complex in Ninh Thuan, SunBay Park Hotel & Resort Phan Rang will be managed by Crystal Bay Hospitality, a member of the tourism ecosystem of Crystal Bay Group.
With the strength of international visitors, Crystal Bay Group has brought 60% of Russian visitors to Vietnam, using 4.3 million rooms/night in Nha Trang, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Phu Quoc in 2018. Crystal Bay will bring a large flow of international visitors to Ninh Thuan, continuing to create momentum for Ninh Thuan tourism to develop in the near future.

Together with design partner NDA Group, construction partner Delta Group and investment partners Tecco Group, Duc Quang Minh Group, Crystal Bay Group plans to put SunBay Park Hotel & Resort Phan Rang into operation from June 2021, creating jobs for thousands of local workers.
Along with other projects that Crystal Bay will deploy, it will create a strong push for Ninh Thuan beach resort tourism to soon become a new resort paradise in Asia and the world./.
