Born in 1918, Tao Porchon-Lynch was a yoga teacher and a competitive dancer. At the age of 87, she began participating in dance competitions and often won. Her dance teacher and partner were also present. Tao was recently recognized by the Guinness World Records as the world's oldest female dancer.
