Regarding this issue, voter Hoang Xuan Boi, a former teacher, said that at the beginning of the school year, in the context of the State budget being difficult, socialization would provide more resources to build school facilities. However, if not done properly, it would be easy to overcharge.

Mr. Boi proposed a solution: The State can consider supporting schools or if promoting socialization, it should stipulate specific levels of socialization for each region such as: urban, rural, mountainous, remote and isolated areas.

The teacher who retired for 10 years also shared that the current preschool teaching staff is very hard-working, both raising and teaching children, while the demands from parents are high and the pressure from society is increasing. Therefore, he thinks that there should be a special regime or an additional allowance for the preschool teaching staff.

Voter Nguyen Khac Ngoc suggested that the National Assembly needs to closely monitor the law enforcement process of executive agencies to avoid issuing overlapping regulations.

In addition, voters also believe that there should be allowances for village and hamlet branch heads because, according to voters, the current compensation policy is still inadequate; the age of social protection for the elderly should be lowered from 80 to 75 years old.

In addition, some opinions also suggested that there should be solutions to better implement the democratic regulations at the grassroots level, especially sanctions to deal with some people who do not participate in the implementation; attention should be paid to improving the support regime for relatives of martyrs. On behalf of the National Assembly delegates, Major General Nguyen Sy Hoi received and responded to voters' petitions, including 5 opinions related to communes and 5 opinions related to districts, suggesting that communes and districts organize dialogues with relevant people. If people do not agree, they can come to the citizen reception sessions at the district and provincial levels.

Regarding the issue of socialization in the education sector, in which there are voters' opinions that there is still overcharging in the district, Major General Nguyen Sy Hoi suggested that the district direct the education sector to review and make corrections if any.
