Dien Chau voters hope to soon hand over the rural power grid system
(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the program of meeting voters before the 2nd session - 17th Provincial People's Council, on the morning of July 8, the Provincial People's Council delegates: Cao Thi Hien, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Cao Thi Thuy, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Dien Phu commune, Dien Chau district had a meeting with voters in Dien An commune, Dien Chau district.
Also attending the meeting were delegates of Dien Chau District People's Council and voters of Dien An, Dien Tan, Dien Trung and Dien Thinh communes.

At the meeting, on behalf of the delegation of the Provincial People's Council, Ms. Cao Thi Thuy informed the voters about the results of the first session and the expected content, program and time of the second session of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII. Accordingly, the second session of the Provincial People's Council, term XVII is expected to take place from August 3-4, 2016 and will consider 19 reports and 16 Resolutions.

Speaking at the meeting, voters expressed many opinions and recommendations on issues related to people's lives such as: proposing to increase the allocation rate of land use rights money for communes so that communes have a source of support for new rural construction; the province's cement support for communes registering to reach the new rural finish line is not timely; proposing to add the position of treasurer to the People's Committee at the commune level; the handover and return of the rural low-voltage grid in Dien Thinh commune is still slow; the project to build the Cuong Temple festival ground has been unfinished since 2012 until now, causing public outrage; kindergartens are facing many difficulties in paying salaries to contract kindergarten teachers...

At the meeting with voters, Ms. Cao Thi Hien, on behalf of the provincial People's Council delegates, directly responded and recorded voters' opinions to be forwarded to the provincial People's Council meeting.
